An 11-year-old daughter was strangled to death by a father near the canal of village Payoda in Kaithal. After committing the murder, he himself called the police control room that someone had kidnapped his daughter. They also ran away with his money which was in his pocket. The police immediately got it done and kept the person with them. On the basis of the information, the police sent the police team to the place from where this person had said that the girl was kidnapped. When the police went to the canal, the body of the girl was found in the pits, who was strangled to death. When the man was interrogated, it was found that he had killed his daughter himself.
