Job Description

Sales & Business Development: –

• Generate leads and promote cattle feed products in assigned villages.
• Achieve monthly sales targets of cattle feed bags.
• Develop new markets and expand business in nearby villages.
• Ensure consistent demand generation and supply coordination.

WISE (Women Entrepreneur Development): –

• Identify and onboard potential women entrepreneurs (WISE) in villages.
• Create and develop new WISE units every month as per targets.
• Explain business opportunities and support them in setting up micro-enterprises.

Training & Capacity Building: –

• Provide basic training to WISE on product knowledge and sales practices.
• Coordinate with external partners for advanced training programs.
• Ensure WISE become independent and sustainable entrepreneurs.

Field Operations & Support: –

• Provide continuous handholding support to WISE.
• Maintain strong relationships with village communities. • Monitor performance and guide WISE to improve business outcomes.
